When I opened the packaging I was amazed to discover that there was no keyboard and mouse provided, notwithstanding the product being advertised as an "all-in-one" PC. I sent an enquiry message to Paradigit support on this issue and also a follow-up message seeking a response one week later. I received a reply stating that the specifications "do not say if there should be a keyboard and mouse in the all-in-one pc. We will contact a different department about the matter".
