With the latest standard Wi-Fi 6, the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 ensures the highest Wi-Fi performance in the home network. With three radio units capable of reaching a total data throughput of up to 6,000 Mbit/s, the repeater provides a stable connection and maximum bandwidth for all connected Wi-Fi devices. In addition, the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 provides perfect Wi-Fi coverage to the farthest corners of the house and can also be used as a wired access point.

The new Wi-Fi 6 standard takes into account the ever-growing number of Wi-Fi devices. From smartphones, tablets, PCs, 4K TVs and speakers to smart lights: more and more devices are being used simultaneously in the Wi-Fi network. This is precisely when the new OFDMA modulation process with QAM 1024 ensures a fast and stable data stream. The FRITZ!Repeater 6000 transmits with three Wi-Fi bands that are cleverly used in parallel: using automatic band selection (cross band repeating), the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 always chooses the most efficient path to the router and connected Wi-Fi devices, so that all connections in the home network achieve high data rates. Thus, even the most demanding Wi-Fi scenarios can be achieved.

When combined with a FRITZ!Box as the hub of the Mesh Wi-Fi network (Mesh Master), the FRITZ!Repeater 6000 offers its full potential. Multiple distributed Wi-Fi access points are merged into one smart Multiroom Mesh Wi-Fi network. The distributed FRITZ! devices exchange information among themselves and optimise the performance of all Wi-Fi devices. This way, the best connection is always established where it is needed at the time. Streaming, gaming and downloading succeed seamlessly and with blazing speeds to the furthest corners of every room. For convenience, the entire Wi-Fi network has only one name, one password and is securely encrypted. Through optional guest Wi-Fi access, guests are connected to an additional Wi-Fi network that has its own security settings. The devices in the guest network have no access to the devices in the home network.

The latest encryption standards guarantee that privacy is protected throughout the Mesh Wi-Fi network. The housing LED indicates the strength of the wireless signal, allowing the optimal location for the FRITZ!Repeater to be determined. The repeater can be easily connected to the mains anywhere using the mains power supply. Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), the repeater is installed at the touch of a button and integrated into the Mesh Wi-Fi network within seconds. The FRITZ!Repeater has two integrated gigabit LAN ports (2.5 gigabit and 1 gigabit) for a high-speed NAS connection, a LAN bridge or to connect network devices without Wi-Fi.
