Outlet: Seagate Enterprise Exos X20 - 18 TB

The drive came fairly losely packaged, drive pushed to corner of hte box with paper on other side, so half of the drive had no padding. I was not expecting new drive, but multiple sides had small dents, signs the drive was not well handled. I mean wear scratches are fine, but dents hint much more brute handling than expected from a outlet sale product. Part of the bottom of the drive was smeared with some oil/dirt. That's exactly what you do not want to see on a device which should hold your documents, projects, your life long photos and memories. It was claimed that the drive would be tested and approved, not dented and oily/dirty.
