The AC1625 USB4® 40Gbps SSD Enclosure is a high-performance storage solution designed for M.2 2280 NVMe/PCIe SSDs with M key or B+M key. This enclosure features a tool-free, aluminium construction with cooling fins, aluminium strip and thermal pad, providing efficient heat dissipation.

This SSD enclosure is specifically designed for an M.2 2280 NVMe/PCIe SSDs with M key and B+M key, providing a secure and compatible housing for your drive. Please note that a SATA SSD doesn’t fit.
High-Speed USB4® 40Gbps Connectivity
The AC1625 supports the USB4® technology with a maximum speed of 40Gbps. The enclosure supports UASP (USB Attached SCSI-Protocol) and is backwards compatible with USB 3.2, 3.1, 3.0, and USB 2.0, ensuring seamless connectivity across various devices.
Tool-Free Design and LED Status Indicator
The tool-free design allows for easy installation and removal of your M.2 SSD, while the LED status indicator provides a clear visual indication of the enclosure's activity. A USB4® USB Type-C cable is included, making it easy to connect the enclosure to your device.
Optimal heat dissipation
The AC1625 enclosure includes cooling fins, a thermal pad and aluminium strip to help manage heat. The cooling fins increase the surface area, allowing better heat dissipation, while the thermal pad and aluminium strip facilitates heat transfer from the SSD to the aluminium enclosure. This helps keep the SSD at a stable temperature, reducing the risk of overheating during use.
