The Antec CX800 Wood ARGB is a stylish Midi Tower PC case that combines a striking brown and black design with a unique wood-inspired aesthetic. Built from a combination of steel and glass, this ATX and ITX compatible enclosure offers a solid and premium feel. With dimensions of 302 x 436 x 390 mm and a weight of 6.45 kg, it strikes a good balance between spaciousness and a manageable footprint. The side window gives a clear view of the internal components, while the RGB illumination adds a vivid visual flair to any build.
Airflow and Cooling Capabilities
The CX800 Wood ARGB is designed with thermal performance in mind. It supports up to 3 fans at the top, 3 at the bottom, 2 on the side, and 1 at the rear, giving builders plenty of flexibility to optimize airflow. A 120mm fan is pre-installed at the rear. Liquid cooling is also supported, making it suitable for high-performance builds that require advanced thermal management. The case accommodates CPU coolers up to 175mm tall and graphics cards up to 410mm in length.
Storage and Cable Management
Inside the CX800 Wood ARGB, you will find 2 internal 3.5 inch bays and 2 dedicated 2.5 inch bays, along with a convenient HDD/SSD combo cage for flexible storage configurations. Six expansion slots provide room for additional components. The built-in cable management system helps keep the interior tidy and organized, while the bottom-mounted PSU housing supports power supplies up to 225mm in length.
