The Fractal Design Pop 2 Air Black Solid is a sleek and capable midi tower PC case designed for builders who value functionality and clean aesthetics. Finished in a solid black steel construction, this ATX mid-tower supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of builds. With dimensions of 462mm in height, 215mm in width, and 481mm in depth, it offers a well-balanced footprint suitable for most desktop setups. The case weighs 7kg and does not include a side window or built-in illumination, giving it a refined, understated appearance.
Airflow and Cooling Performance
The Pop 2 Air Black Solid is built with cooling in mind. It supports up to three 120mm fans at the front and three fans at the top, alongside one fan at the rear. Liquid cooling is fully supported, with top radiator compatibility for 120mm, 240mm, and 360mm radiators, and a 120mm rear radiator option. CPU coolers with a maximum height of 170mm can be accommodated, providing room for high-performance air coolers.
Build Flexibility and Cable Management
This case offers excellent build flexibility with seven expansion slots, one 3.5-inch internal bay, and one 2.5-inch bay for storage solutions. Graphics cards up to 416mm in length are supported, and the ATX power supply bay accommodates units up to 180mm. A dedicated cable management system is included, helping to keep the interior tidy and airflow unobstructed throughout the build.
