Terms and Conditions
  1. The prize draws are organised by KBV B.V., trading as Paradigit.ie, with its registered office at Lodewijkstraat 46, 5652 AC Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The following terms and conditions apply to the prize draws.
  2. Participation takes place when an order is placed during the specified promotional period and is shipped before 1 December. Participants must also activate their entry via the activation email. Orders with a delayed delivery date are excluded from the promotion.
  3. A total of 10 PlayStation 5 + GTA 6 prizes will be drawn: 5 among eligible participants from the Netherlands and 5 among eligible participants from Ireland, subject to a minimum spend of €150. A separate draw will take place for each country. 
  4. Each participant may win a maximum of one prize during the Black Friday promotional period across the Paradigit Black Friday prize draws covered by these terms and conditions. A participant who has already won a prize will no longer be eligible to win a prize in another participating Black Friday prize draw. If a previous winner is selected again, Paradigit will select a replacement winner in an impartial manner.
  5. The prize will be shipped to the winner at a later date.
  6. Participants are required to provide correct, current and complete information when entering a competition or prize draw.
  7. Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the Netherlands (for Paradigit.nl orders) or Ireland (for Paradigit.ie orders). All other participants are excluded from participation.
  8. The winner will be personally notified after the promotion has ended via the email address or telephone number associated with their order.
  9. If the winner cannot be reached by telephone, they must respond to the email notification within 5 working days of the first contact attempt.
  10. Paradigit reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions or change the duration of the promotion without stating a reason.
  11. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other goods or for cash.
  12. Employees of Shopping pour vous B.V., Megekko (Webshop) B.V., KBV B.V. and PDCWeb B.V. are excluded from participation.
  13. Personal data obtained in connection with the prize draws will be used by Paradigit for the administration of the prize draw and the delivery of the prize.
  14. In any circumstances not covered by these terms and conditions, Paradigit will make the final decision.
  15. Paradigit conducts its promotional activities in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen) of 1 January 2014.
  16. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
  17. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the prize draws.
  18. Participants who do not comply with the above terms and conditions may be excluded from participation.
