The NZXT Kraken Core 240 RGB is a sleek all-in-one liquid cooling kit designed to deliver effective processor cooling with a refined aesthetic. Finished in black, this kit features a 240mm radiator paired with two 120mm fans, offering a compact yet capable cooling solution for a wide range of modern systems. With support for Intel sockets including 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, 1700, and 1851, as well as AMD AM4 and AM5, it fits seamlessly into most current desktop builds.
Precise Fan Control
The two included 120mm fans operate at speeds ranging from 500 to 2400 RPM, with PWM support allowing dynamic adjustment based on thermal load. At maximum speed, the fans produce a noise level of 32 dB, while maintaining a minimum air pressure of 3.07 mmH2O to push airflow efficiently through the radiator. Operating at 12V with a maximum current draw of 1.01A, these fans balance performance and energy efficiency.
Vibrant RGB Lighting
The Kraken Core 240 RGB features full RGB illumination across both the pump head and fans, delivering a visually striking effect inside any windowed case. The lighting is driven through a 3-pin ARGB interface, making it compatible with most modern motherboard RGB headers for synchronized lighting control. The pump unit measures 7.06 x 7.06 x 6.42 cm, keeping the head compact, while the 400mm tubing length provides flexible radiator placement. The 27mm radiator depth also ensures compatibility with a broad range of cases.
