Technical details
well worth it for the money
-
Very easy to update the bios
-
Auto installs the necessary drivers for you
-
Easy CPU installation
-
The VRM heatshield is okay but it gets hot very quickly
-
The headers for certain things are in awkward places, such as the CPU and addressable RGB headers. It was quite hard to connect some stuff due to the placement of the headers.
-
10 power phase VRM, could be a problem for power hungry CPU
I recently picked up this motherboard for my Intel Ultra core 270k Plus Build, It is doing good so far. The delivery arrived faster than any of my other components. It handles my CPU very well with its 10 power phase VRMS and was very easy to update the bios and install the drivers. This motherboard balances the price and useability, this motherboard has better pricing than any other motherboard for this generation of ultra core CPUS, and any other B860 boards.
